The continuing evolution of information technology has had a considerable impact on the travel agency service industry. The widespread public use of the Internet has created a number of conditions that have been game-changers in both detrimental and beneficial ways. In the mean time, travelers are looking for the best quality services fitting in their budget.
Flights and hotels booking is now easy on internet for a single destination (Paris, Rome, New-York, Tokyo..) : but it's not so easy to find and get the best flights and the best hotel at the best location for your travel. You might miss something essential without the expertise of our consultants and it won't be expensive to get it. For discovery travels (Myanmar, India, China, South America, Pacific islands, multiple countries destinations..) : building an itinerary and find appropriate transports and services is not accessible without a strong experience.
We don't resell any full travel package and we will design your own itinerary depending of your wishes and advice you about the best solutions from confidential hideaway hotels to the boutique hotel, or a charming guesthouse. We design travels for people which have few time for their vacations and which need to optimize their itinerary and transports. This is our target and everything will be done to ensure that your time away is unforgettable.
Our value added : we have a real expertise of our destinations and we don't resell tour-operators ready-made travels which can't fit to all travelers.
Travels : Reducing costs
In this new environment, we decided to create a new model : we bring and sell our travel knowledge and expertise, and in order to reduce paperwork costs and banking fees (around 4% for credit card payment on the total amount of your travel), we suggest you to book by yourself and pay directly the services to airlines, hotels.. following our advices step by step. Less costs means also more affordable travels and the only services you have to pay to our company it's our advices about your destination : itinerary, flights, hotels, transports .. depending of the level of services you need.
How to do :
You can contact us on all destinations listed on this website and send us an email with your wishes and also your budget (flights+transports if any+hotels). If we have the knowledge for your specific needs, and if we feel the budget fits your wishes, we will accept the mission and we will send you the amount of our commission for our advices. Contact us when you know your travel dates : flights are cheaper when bought in advance and might be different depending of your departure day. For hotels, the main problem is availability, when small and attractive : so you can also book the hotel in advance because you will pay at hotel departure in most cases (depending on hotels policy). We recommend to make your own idea about the rate for such travel (be aware of the famous "rate starting from ..$) which is never true for most departure dates, specially for high season.
Rates :
1 - Initial fee (non refundable in any case) : this fee has to be paid upfront when you are sure we can fit in your budget for your expectations : we will give you the global amount for your request with a very short description of hotels in order for you to decide if you want to go further with us. For this initial fee, you will get a detailed itinerary with our best free advices for the flights (international and domestic) from any airport. This fee won't be enormous, but we need to be sure that you are motivated because we have a lot of requests and we can't handle all of them.
Samples :
- Itinerary + advice for International flights with 1 location : 30 US $ (for instance : vacations in Rome or Tokyo from anywhere)
- Additional location : add 15 US $ by extra location including the advice for the transport between those 2 locations (for instance : vacations in Rome and Venice from anywhere). If you have many locations (cities..) : we will discount this fee.
The amount of this initial fee will be confirmed by email when we will receive your travel wishes.
2- Hotel search fee (non refundable, but reusable): Depending of your budget and also the kind of hotel you like, we will search the best solution, in the best location possible.
Rate : from 4 US $ per night for budget hotel to 25 US $ per night for the best and luxery hotels.
If you have many hotels on your itinerary, we will also discount our rates.
When you have the list of selected hotels, you can book them by yourself following our advices or we can do it for you for free (see below)
3 - Hotel booking (free for internet booking) : for hotels which are easy to book on internet, we will book them for free for you and send you the voucher. For others, it will depend of the case and we will tell you our fees amount.
4 - Services : we have partners in most countries and services can be from half day excursion to 4 weeks tour in India or Mongolia. Our commission will be a fair percentage of the total amount because it's a hard work to get a proposal fitting exactly your needs and itinerary. The percentage will be defined before and paid, of course, only if you book these services directly with the partner. In some cases, you might also be able to book services directly with us.
Fees and Commissions always looks expensive, but we are very far of travel agencies commissions (you don't know them because you just have a global rate, but it's up to 15-30% of the total amount). We have fair and reasonable rates for our value added and expertise for your travel, and our gross margin will be from 3% to 8% which is very low to run a company and pay our experts.
Some fees are not refundable because we had delivered the service. But if you are obliged to postpone or cancel a travel, we will deliver again the same service for free with your new dates.
