SAFARI - WILDLIFE - NAMIBIA
Namibia has a wildlife adaped to deserts and 3 locations are very interesting : Etosha National Park, Damaraland for desert elephants and Namib Desert. It's very different from South Africa or Botswana, but it can be mixed with other destinations, but it should be enjoyed alone simply for the breath-taking landscapes which are truly amazing. Not only will you experience the expansive wide and desert landscape, and comfortable lodges of course, but you will learn about the wildlife that has adapted to survive the arid conditions.
Namibia is the first country in the world to incorporate the protection of the environment into its constitution; some 14% of the land is protected, including virtually the entire Namib Desert coastal strip.
